My Visit at the Honda Dealership in Bartlesville, OK.. I had a very good experience at the Honda Dealership when I took my husband's Odyssey in the be serviced and a sliding back door repaired. There were plenty of magazines lying around to read and they were current. The people were so kind and nice. There was a bathroom (very clean) nearby and water to drink. I think I will volunteer to take the Odyssey back the next time it needs to be serviced. I enjoyed the rest. More

Efficient and Timely My vehicle's instrument panel was only partially working. Matt and other staff at Honda of Bartlesville staff had never seen this type of problem when My vehicle's instrument panel was only partially working. Matt and other staff at Honda of Bartlesville staff had never seen this type of problem when I arrived. A diagnostic test was performed. Fortunately the panel was once again working after the test. Matt always gives updates and advises if other items on my vehicle need to be checked out to keep everything in good working order. I also appreciate Honda of Bartlesville having scheduled appointments for service. An all around great staff and atmosphere! More

Great experience. I showed up with a sleeping baby and Matt was wonderful helping me get in and out of the dealership.
