Worth the 200 mile drive down I was glad to be able to get my car serviced at the Honda dealership in Bartlesville, I bought my CR-V there 5 years ago and have always been pleased I was glad to be able to get my car serviced at the Honda dealership in Bartlesville, I bought my CR-V there 5 years ago and have always been pleased with the service I received . Mark Koble was especially nice to me and reminded me to get my tires rotated and to get the brake fluid changed. I found Mark to be very friendly and courteous and a great example for all service managers. More

I took my car in today to Honda of Bartlesville’s service department since it wouldn’t start without a jump in the cold weather. Dave Hughbanks took great care of me. The BEST!!!! Matt Baxter is my hero. I was on my way to work when my car decided to crazy. I called Honda and Matt came to my rescue!!!! He was so calm and helped Matt Baxter is my hero. I was on my way to work when my car decided to crazy. I called Honda and Matt came to my rescue!!!! He was so calm and helped me through my panic. My car was towed to Honda and Matt sent someone to pick me up when I needed to get there. He turned a bad experience into something very OK. He called me several times during the process to keep up informed. It just couldn't have been a better experience. Honda is lucky to have Matt!!!! More
