From that point, we began having all of our vehicles (none Honda brand) serviced at HOB and each time enjoyed great service. When it came time to trade that HOB-purchased vehicle in, I decided I wanted a specific brand new vehicle and had nothing but trouble with it as well as the dealership where we made that purchase. Finally, a few weeks ago, it was time to trade it off and, after some research, decided a slightly used Accord was the perfect fit for us. Thankfully Honda of Bartlesville had exactly what I was looking for. They were (again) very fair, honest and easy to deal with. Our experience with our sales person, Jonathan Kowalczyk was great, he was very personable and knowledgeable about the product he was selling. Likewise, the experience with Dominykas Kvedys in Finance also exceeded expectations as he was patient with us while exploring the best financing option for us. Although it's a low bar to set when comparing our experience with the last dealership, hands down it was 180 degree difference and frankly, a waste of time to drive to Tulsa - go to HOB, you won't regret it. More

He never questioned my initial diagnosis, even though he had no idea I am a car guy. He was happy that I was there, and never talked down to me. I left my car for a couple days so that they could perform the repairs when parts arrived. Matt returned my one call to check in within an hour, and was very professional. When I arrived to pick up my car, it was back to feeling brand new, and they had even washed it for me. More
