First time I have ever purchased new auto predominantly over the internet/phone. Great experience. Absolutely no hassle. A very good deal was completed in-person and done within an hour of arrival. My wife over the internet/phone. Great experience. Absolutely no hassle. A very good deal was completed in-person and done within an hour of arrival. My wife also was very impressed and both of us would shop again at Bartlesville Honda and recommend to family and acquaintances. More
The store was very friendly and very clean. Everyone was smiling. The service department was wonderful. It was easy to find and it was worth the drive from Tulsa. It was a great experience. smiling. The employees of the dealership treated me like an old friend, and extended to me every possible courtesy. Pricing for my new vehicle and for my trade-in was never an issue. I was in and out quickly, and friend, and extended to me every possible courtesy. Pricing for my new vehicle and for my trade-in was never an issue. I was in and out quickly, and because I did my research online prior to the transaction, knew that I would not have been able to beat the deal I made anywhere else. It was more than worth the hour drive, and in fact made it a pleasure. I have and will continue to recommend this dealership to anyone who will listen. More
I am rather perplexed by these negative reviews, my experience was quite the opposite. I had researched the car that I wanted (2012 CR-v) and requested a quote via. their web site. After receiving the experience was quite the opposite. I had researched the car that I wanted (2012 CR-v) and requested a quote via. their web site. After receiving the quote (best price out of about four requests) I called and talked to the sales person. They did not have the one that we wanted so we gave them a deposit (earnest money) and they located one and had it there in about ten days. When we picked the car up they were very thorough hitting on the high points of the owners manual and service schedule. We were in and out of finance in about 15 minutes. Over all I rate this as one of my better car buying experiences. Every person that I talked with was polite and helpful. We drove from the Tulsa area to get the car at the right price and I have no regrets. I can't comment on the service dept. since I have not used it yet. People are more apt to write reviews when they are dissatisfied about something and not when things go well. I normally don't do reviews but I was compelled to write this one after seeing the ones that their experiences were quite different than mine. More
We purchases two vehicles on 05/31/2011. The 2011 Honda Pilot was supposed to be a EX-L 4WD with RES (Rear-Entertainment System). We agreed upon a price of the vehicle and the sales document had transposed Pilot was supposed to be a EX-L 4WD with RES (Rear-Entertainment System). We agreed upon a price of the vehicle and the sales document had transposed two numbers as the sales price which they corrected. After that, I noticed it said 2WD instead of 4WD and asked the salesman to confirm that it was a 4WD vehicle we were purchasing and he agreed that it was 4WD and the 2WD was a typo. We proceeded to the finance department, where the papers all said we were purchasing a 2011 Honda Pilot 4WD RES and we signed all the documents, getting a 0.9% APR for 60 months. The day after our purchase we realized that the vehicle was only a 2WD vehicle and told that it was their mistake and it would be corrected. The next morning, the case was different. The dealership refused to get us the car we thought we had bought because we had signed the sales document showing 2WD, even though I had confirmed with the salesman that it was a 4WD. I should have had them cross it out and change it, but I trusted their word. Now, the dealership is using that against us saying we knew it was a 2WD vehicle and never said anything or asked about it being a 4WD vehicle. As you can imagine, I am awaiting the call from Honda to rate the dealership. I WOULD NOT recommend buying a car from this dealership because when they make a mistake, it is your problem not theirs!
