I had also heard from several friends that hands down the best place to go was the Honda dealer in Bartlesville. So I made a trip of it and I'm so happy I did. I was met by Mark, who sat down with me and asked questions about what I was looking for, what options I had to have and what my priorities were. Mark knew exactly what would fit my needs (Civic-EX). I drove it, I loved it and I bought it. Mark immediately gave me his best internet price, I didn't have to haggle and I know I got a good deal because I had already done my research and I knew I wasn't getting screwed. What stood out the most was how orderly things were. Everyone in Sales and Finance, and even other customers were smiling and looked like they were having fun! Thank You! Repeat Customer I have purchased several vehicles from Adrian since 1999. I currently have 2012 and 2014 Honda Pilot EX-L's that my daughter and wife drive. I have purchased several vehicles from Adrian since 1999. I currently have 2012 and 2014 Honda Pilot EX-L's that my daughter and wife drive. The courtesy, knowledge, and integrity of Adrian and the other sales staff, combined with a bottom line deal that I could not beat (I did shop around to see) has made me a loyal repeat customer. The friendliness of the service department and their attention to detail and courteous, professional treatment of my family and their vehicles has made my life easier. The absolute total reliability of the Honda Pilot has given me peace of mind when my wife or my daughter take long trips alone in either of their Honda Pilots. A small fact I would like to share: My daughter's pilot has approximately 36,000 miles on it. My wife's had 6 miles on it when we purchased it. I have driven one then the other back to back. I can not detect a difference in the ride, handling, or "feel" of the two vehicles. The interior on both is even the same color! Performance, fuel economy, braking, interior noise level, all identical. I am used to other make vehicles that start to show subtle signs of age. Squeeks, rattles, slight looseness in the steering, softening of the brake pedal feel. The tell tale signs that let you know it isnt new any more. Not the case with the Hondas. The 2012 drives and feels the same after 36,000 miles as the brand new 2014 we just purchased did on day one! These are impressive vehicles. Bartlesville Honda is an impressive dealership. Oh, there is a difference in the two Pilots. One is blue. The other is grey. More

I went to the same sales associate, Adrian Buitink, because he was never high-pressure, always answered all my questions and knowledgeable of his products. Honda of Bartlesville is the best car dealership we have ever visited. The staff there are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are getting both the best deal, and the best customer servi ever visited. I was greeted by Darin Turner while looking at a Honda Civic. I test drove the car, liked it and told him what I was willing to pay. We agreed on 200 dollars for 42 months ($8400). I told him I would like to finance the car with 0 down. He shook my hand, and said we could probably get the deal "pushed through". I went outside to enjoy the weather and make a phone call. He had me come back and initial piece a paper that said I would buy the car if I could get in "around 200 a month" I told him that was't our deal. This is where I started to get suspicious. I cross out the word "around" and put in the word "under" and initialed it. He told me it was a formality anyways and I could back out, it was just something they "had to do". I came back inside and was greeted by the man who was going to finish the paperwork. We then went into his office and and the price on the paper said $10995. I asked about it and he said that was the purchase price. I told him that wasn't the deal I made with the salesman and he went to go get another manager. He came in and said that this was the purchase price on the car. I had already had my credit app approved, and they said that the purchase price was $10995 and no less. I told them they could keep the car and walked out. They were very nice at first and then completely changed faces on me and tried to screw me. I was very upset and will never be back. Darin never came into the office to talk to me or them and they never went to go get him.Truthfully, it was one of the worst sales experiences I have ever had. More
