This was my best car-shopping experience ever! My wife and I were looking for the best car option to replace our old Avenger. We walked in and the guy who was at the door asked us if we remembered who we worked with before. Since we did not recall the name of the previous person we spoke with, he sent "one of their best" as he said. Adrian Buitink came to see us and we started taking about a new accord. He sent us to test drive one of the accords they had and told us he was not coming with us so we could take the cat for a drive and talk about the option of buying it that day. We drove it, came back and we told Adrian we were still looking at other options that day. Adrian did not push us at all, he encouraged us to look at the other cars and come back if we wanted to complete the purchase process with Honda. We left the dealer, test drive other cars, and after considering all the options we decided to purchase. The process was handled in a very professional way by Adrian. He explained everything, found the best deal for us and worked the purchase process in about an hour, which is very fast compared to our previous experiences. Signing the paperwork and closing the deal was so easy, clear and smooth, completely painless. I do recommend this dealer and I am already giving away Adrian's info to my acquaintances and friends. However, I struggled justifying the 350 mile roundtrip it would take me to get there. When the absolute best price at our local dealership was more than $1000 higher for a 100% identical vehicle, road trip it was. On top of an unbeatable price, Jason Herr and Josh Matney did backflips and cartwheels to get me the exact vehicle I wanted in a very tight timeframe. Jason freely offered to come in on a day off and Josh was pulling favors with retired salesmen to get the vehicle I wanted onto their lot within the 2 day window of availability that I had to travel.
