We were impressed by the friendliness and knowledge of the sales persons we worked with, the cleanliness and brightness of the facility and the quality of the vehicles on site. Eric Morgan greeted us on the lot in a timely manner even though it was very cold and windy. We appreciated Eric's knowledge and friendly manner. Unknowingly, we had already had a conversation via online chat with Josh Matney who also took part in the final sales process. We appreciated Josh's online and in-person friendliness, honesty and knowledge. After trying out both potential Pilots, we discussed purchase options with Josh and Eric and decided to go back to Tulsa to think about those options. A couple of days later, Josh contacted us to see if we had any questions. After a series of exchanges with him, we came to a purchase agreement that could fit within our strict budget so we decided to go back to Honda of Bartlesville to finalize our purchase. We definitely appreciated Josh's willingness to help us make the purchase fit within our budget. Once back at Honda of Bartlesville, we were helped by Josh Price, who helped us get better acquainted with the vehicle. Josh took extra time to demonstrate the hands-free and phone syncing features of the Pilot along with other features. We appreciated Josh's friendly style and knowledge. He made sure we knew what we were doing before we left the dealership. To finalize the sale, we were introduced to Dominykas Kvedys, the financing manager. Dominic was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. We appreciated his kind manner and attention to detail as well as his humor and basketball skills. Finally, we were ready to roll back to Tulsa in our new (to us) 2012 Pilot. Josh Matney and Josh Price saw us out as Eric Morgan was unavailable due to a medical issue. We enjoyed the experience of buying our used Pilot at this dealership and would definitely return there in the future. Everyone we worked with was part of a team and all treated us very well. The only thing we would have liked to do was meet "the twins" but we understand that they are not available most days so that wasn't a big issue ;-) More

He was so helpful and gave us all the information that we needed, but we couldn't make a purchase at that time. I wanted to get an estimate on what the trade-in value of my car was and check about financing. Chatting online with Adrian, i learned that I really needed to bring it in so they could test drive it, but he did answer my questions about financing. The next day, I stopped in to visit. Bruno and Adrian weren't there, but Eric helped me. The assessor wasn't there to give me a trade-in value on my car, but I test drove a vehicle and Erica gave me some great information. My husband actually took my car to the dealership without my knowledge! He did call me to see who i had visited with on my last trip to find out which car I had test drove. By the time I got there with the title to my car, all the paperwork was pretty much filled out and we only had to visit with Amy about financing and sign! Bruno was wonderful and transferred most of my belongings from the old car to the new one. Once we were ready to go, he helped me sync my phone with the car and went over anything I needed to know. I previously had another Honda vehicle that I purchased through this dealership. The salespeope were great then and the service department were great! I never had an issue or problem out of the service department and - my favorite part - they always vacuumed and washed my car when I took it in for ay service - even an oil change! I really missed that with the last dealership that I purchased a vehicle through. And I'm really glad to be COMING HOME! More

I'm very glad we kept looking after an earlier experience left us dissatisfied with another store. Darrin Turner listened to us, showed us the cars we wanted to see and accompanied us on test drives. Darrin answered follow-up questions and found the model and trim level we decided on. I don't shop for cars. I buy from Honda of Bartlesville. Working with the finance office was equally pleasant. Honda of Bartlesville is where we buy cars and have them serviced.
