great dealer i live 75 miles from dealership i called for a price( i knew what i wanted )they gave me a price that was better than i had expected , i told them we i live 75 miles from dealership i called for a price( i knew what i wanted )they gave me a price that was better than i had expected , i told them we would be there at a certain time for a test drive the car was ready for delivery when we got there, we drove it, we liked it, i gave the salesman the price i had written down and asked if we were on the same page, he said yes we were we had about a 10 minute wait(quickest i have ever had)before the finance man got there again no pressure no hidden costs would recommend this dealership to anyone . didn't pay one penny more than the original quote. my salesman is david howell and i can't remember the finance mans name but he's about 7' tall this is our first honda . I submitted a request for internet pricing on Thursday evening and signed the sales agreement just after lunch on Saturday. Beebe Stephenson was fast in getting information to me and answering all my questions, and facilitated the best test drive experience ever -- with a thorough introduction to all the new features, and a route that showcased the capabilities of the car very well. Nothing was high pressure and there were no surprises. Darrin was efficient and accurate with the paperwork and successful in meeting my expectations for financing. The dealership was recommended to me by past customers, and now I'll be one of those past (and future) customers recommending them! More

Service Review I have been a Honda Pilot owner for 6 years. It has been a great experience working with Mark in the service Department. They have other great peopl I have been a Honda Pilot owner for 6 years. It has been a great experience working with Mark in the service Department. They have other great people there, Mark was my first experience there and he has taken care of me every since. He gave me his personal line to call and I do anytime I have a problem. My concerns on the care overall have been small things that I have needed to check...so no major overalls. But with a 2006 we have changed belts, fixed a starter, changed the break pads and numerous oil changes. Mark understands ...Busy, and he is willing to take you back to work, or work with you to get a loaner. All the service men seem to look out of each others customers and don't leave you hanging. They do have a small lounge area where you can see cars drive up and out, but I tend to just like to go back to work or home and Mark's helper faithfully calls me and either comes get me or I have my loaner. I like Honda and plan to be a Honda girl for many years. More
