Lifesaver I accidentally locked both sets of keys in my van as well as my purse. I immediately called David Hughbanks at 5:00 in a panic. Dave, calm as usual, I accidentally locked both sets of keys in my van as well as my purse. I immediately called David Hughbanks at 5:00 in a panic. Dave, calm as usual, told me he would have a dummy key made and have it waiting for me. A friend came and got me and took me to the dealership to pick up the key. The dummy key did the trick and I retrieved my car keys and purse - all before 6:00! Thank you so much, Dave! More

We enjoyed working with Mark Koopsman, the salesperson that we tried to speak with each time. Mark was knowledgeable about the cars that were on the lot and always helpful and informative. We found a vehicle that we liked, but it was actually not even completely processed and on the lot for sale yet. It had been inspected, but not detailed and not fully uploaded onto their website yet. We wanted to discuss purchasing the car, but the sales manager, I think his name was David (?), was not very easy to talk to and he was not wanting to negotiate a price at all. We were paying for the vehicle outright and he went into a long explanation about needing my financing, warranty purchase and future service business for the dealership to make money because they did not make their money selling vehicles. If he had been easier to talk to, my car buying experience there would have been much better and I would have been more willing to look in to warranties and future servicing of my vehicle. As for the service done on the vehicle during the inspection, they changed the oil (?) but did not reset the service notification on the car so that we would know when it was due to be done again. As helpful as Mark was in the search for a vehicle, it all went downhill as an experience beyond that point. We wanted to stay local with our business, but don't see returning there in the future. Great sales experience, but poor delivery experience. I received internet pricing that could not be beat by any dealer in the area. It was easy to walk into the dealership and know what I was going to pay for the vehicle without the hassle. I would definitely recommend for their sales tactics. It is much easier than spending hours haggling to get close to the same deal. That is the whole reason that I drove an hour and a half to buy here. My two issues with the process were getting through the sales office and the condition of the vehicle at delivery. We arrived at the dealership around 10:00, and it was noon when we decided on the vehicle, and it took another 2 1/2 hours to get through the finance office. The finance office is where the haggling happens with interest rates and extended warranties. So prepare yourself for that. So after waiting 2 1/2 hours to get through financing, we were in a rush to leave the dealership(we had to get back to pick up kids from school). We didn't have an opportunity to have the salesman go through the car and demonstrate the options. We also didn't have time to completely inspect the vehicle since we were so late. So we got in the car and left. On the way home, we discovered that someone with very dirty/greasy fingers had gotten black smudges all over the headliner and visors. It was very disappointing to discover that even though their people checked that they inspected everything on the pre-delivery inspection sheet that was provided, they did not actually physically check all of the vehicle. I have to wonder what else they didn't actually check. Had it not been for this problem, this dealership would have rated 5 stars. More

Always make sure to see if there are any questions they can answer and that I am happy with the work that has been done. Everyone I deal with there seems to be working hard at making sure my experience is a pleasant one. More

I purchased my used vehicle from Adrian in used car sales, about a year ago. I drive for a living so my van endures a lot of wear and tear. Because David knows this, he is diligent about working with the technician to make sure that if anything needs attention, I am notified. The service team has caught many a potential issue before it could become a safety issue for me. I know whenever I bring in my vehicle, I am in good hands. More
Best lot hands down I called 2 honda dealerships and people were not calling me back with quotes or making me feel like it was possible for me to get a new car. I called honda of bartelsville Eric called me back within 10 min with my quote. The quote was thousands less than other lots. I explained my credit wasn't good but I had a down payment. They told me to come see them and they would would get me in a new car. 2 hours after arriving I was going home in my new car. Erik and Dominikas were awesome they did everything they said they would. I HIGHLY recommend these guys More
