Great Internet Purchase Experience! As is typical for us, we do our vehicle research on-line, then submit a on-line quote request to the area dealers. For our 2015 CRV AWD EX L, we requ As is typical for us, we do our vehicle research on-line, then submit a on-line quote request to the area dealers. For our 2015 CRV AWD EX L, we requested quotes from 2 Tulsa dealers and Honda of Bartlesville. Honda of Bartlesville had, by far, the best price. We arrived for our schedules appointment but the interior/exterior color combination was not on the floor so the Sales Manager went to work, located the extact vehicle we wanted from a different dealer and had it at Honda of Bartlesville later that afternoon. While at the dealership,we decided to add a dealer installed package which they agreed to do the next day. In the meantime they provided us with a loaner car and delivered our new Cr-V to our home the same day the extras were added! They also worked closely with our credit union on financing and did several other things that made this the BEST new care buying experience I have ever had. Thank you Josh Matney and Jeremy Coles for truly adding the "WOW" factor to our buying experience! More
