Jennifer ROCKS!! I am so happy I bought my Nissan Frontier through Ford. Jennifer is such a sweetheart! She came highly recommended by Dave Fountain (bought my truck I am so happy I bought my Nissan Frontier through Ford. Jennifer is such a sweetheart! She came highly recommended by Dave Fountain (bought my truck from him) and she has never disappointed! She is very thorough and goes over all my options with me. The guy who worked on my truck (sorry I did not remember the name) was GREAT too. I truly love you guys and am so happy that I can take my truck to you and know you will care and treat me right! Did not see JP this last time, but he is GREAT too! More
"Always a Good Experence" Pulled in for a quick oil change at Keizer Skyline Ford. The line for service was extremely long so I was prepared for a lengthy wait. I was told it would be about a hour and a half, if I wanted to wait. I settled in with the local newspaper and a complimentary drink. It took about 30 minutes and my truck was done. I didn't even have time to finish the sport's page. As usual, Jennifer, the service advisor, handled all the customers in a professional and very friendly manner. I have been here numerous times and my experiences have always been similar to today. See you in 6 months. Thanks More

Tranmission Flush for 2009 Ford Fusion Jennifer was friendly and helpful. I went in for my car service & had been quoted a lesser price than what I was charged when I called in earlier. Jennifer gave me the lesser price than what was charged for the service, because that was what I had originally been quoted! Awesome customer service!!! We left Joe Hayward Ford because of poor customer service and poor attitude toward us and moved to Skyline Keizer, even though Joe Hayward is in our same town and Skyline it's further away. The customer service and car service we get is amazing at Skyline Keizer. We purchased a new 2013 Fusion from Joe Hayward and plan to purchase a Ford truck next year. Needless to say, we will be going to Skyline Keizer for our purchase! More

I was going to be leaving for a week on vacation, and Jennifer suggested the option of leaving my car with them so it would be done when I returned. I took advantage of their shuttle to get home, then again after my return to pick me up at home. The car was completed and I don't have to be without it now for repairs. Even though I was in Colorado, Jennifer kept in contact with me about the progress. Even better was my extended warranty that covered all but my deductible! I've worked with Chuck and Jennifer several times, and they are always friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoy being able to get my car serviced and repaired right here in Keizer, minutes from my home. I will continue to use their convenient location. More

Well, it all started when we had the "Big Snowstorm/Cold Snap" in early December...my wife and I were staying in our 5th wheel trailer at our camping spot (Thousand Trails-Newport, Or.) when, Snowstorm/Cold Snap" in early December...my wife and I were staying in our 5th wheel trailer at our camping spot (Thousand Trails-Newport, Or.) when, after dumping 4" of snow on us I found out that I was basically "snow-bound" with our 2006 Ford F-250 4x4 Lariat right in the campground unless, of course, I wanted to chain-up. I didn't want to do that so we decided just to wait it out until it warmed up enough to go into Newport and the roads were clear (or go home back to Salem). My tires were practically "bald" and I had been holding out to make sure that I was going to be able to get a "free set of tires" according to what the sales people originally had told us back when we bought the truck in 2006; we thought it was "free tires as long as we owned the truck", however, after talking to Jennifer when we got back to Salem, we found out in the "fine print" on the contract there was a 6 year limit on that offer & no more than 2 sets of tires. Well, we hadn't even got one set of tires for the truck in almost 8 years! Imagine our disappointment! Well, not "crying over spilled milk" I asked if Jennifer could possibly locate us a set of "take-offs" from one of your new truck sales. She told us she would talk to some people and get back to us soon. She called back the next day and said she had some good news! She had found us a set of Michelin tires and that the Service Mgr would be willing to let us have them at half the cost; we were elated!! I made arrangements to go down to QuickLane in Keizer the next day. I arrived in late morning and Jennifer said that the tires hadn't shown up yet from storage; well, I sat there for another hour of so, and she told me that she couldn't get hold of the person retrieving the tires from storage. So, we decided it would be better the next day and she would call me..the next day she called and said that she had some "bad news & some good news"; the bad news being that she couldn't get the Michelin tires because of a big recall on same, but the good news was that the Service Mgr was going to let us have a new set of Continental tires like my originals FREE OF CHARGE!!!!! WOW!!! My wife & I were speechless....there really is a SANTA CLAUS!!! Jennifer and the whole team at Skyline Keizer have made our belief in goodness fulfilled! I have all my general maintenance (oil, belts, etc.) as-well-as an engine replacement done at the Keizer Skyline Ford location for the past 7+ years. They (Jennifer in particular) are always knowledgeab as-well-as an engine replacement done at the Keizer Skyline Ford location for the past 7+ years. They (Jennifer in particular) are always knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. While the hourly shop rate may be less elsewhere this team knows what they are doing and thus they take less time to get it done (negates the extra hourly cost).
