Parts department After going to a few auto parts stores around town I finally went to the parts department here after a phone call to Bob. Upon arrival I showed him th After going to a few auto parts stores around town I finally went to the parts department here after a phone call to Bob. Upon arrival I showed him the part he didn't think they had it but he checked anyway. Found it at another dealer and ordered it for me and will have it for me on Monday. He did this after he was off the clock. I really appreciate it and I will be back. More

We have all our maintenance done here on our 2013 F350 Super Duty and our 2010 Ford Edge. Last time I was in, I ordered parts for my F350 and even though I bought it over a year ago, I got the splash guards at a discounted price as if I just bought it. All the employees we have dealt with know us on a first name bases and even know our kids names. Keizer Ford knows how to give awesome customer service! More
Having a Bad Day? I and my Immediate Family have been dealing with this Service Location for years now. We are talking from one Generation to the next. The most recen I and my Immediate Family have been dealing with this Service Location for years now. We are talking from one Generation to the next. The most recent experience, unfortunately was one of my worst. I can't quite put my Finger on the problem. However, I do know it was rather unusual and in these competitive times, largely unacceptable. I took my '89 Ford F250 in for an Oil Change on Saturday morning (02/28/2015). I asked if they had time to do it and was told that they did. The Service Order was immediately written up and I began waiting in the Waiting Room, as I told them I would. An Hour or so went by and nothing appeared to be happening. Chuck finally came out to the waiting room and told me they "ran out of Oil my Truck uses." This, of course, was News to me and I compared it like taking your Vehicle to the Car Wash and having an Attendant inform you that your Vehicle is taking much longer due to the fact that they ran out of Water that your particular Vehicle uses! I realize that sounds crazy and it is! Is that not what Managers are hired to do? I think I spent about 2 Hours there for this and then it took about another 1/2 Hour, just to close the Invoice. Oh and guess what! The Oil Change was $36.95 as is Listed/Advertised at the Location. I was charged $47.78, which was for "O'R/10W30 Oil" for what appears to be 6 Quarts of Oil that they had to go purchase at O'Reilly's Auto Parts, which is about the furthest Auto Parts Store from that Location. I will forgive this only because I know that there are Businesses that have Contracts to work with one another and while I do not know if this is the case here, I am not going to dwell on that. The Young Man that closed my Repair Order did give me a Discount, but I still had to pay $37.78. This is not much different from the $36.95, but remember that it was the fact that running out of Oil for my Vehicle, is what ended costing me extra. I do not believe that I was responsible for the difference, even if we are talking .01 Cent over the advertised price. Nonetheless, I paid it just so that I could get out and enjoy the Sunny Day I was missing and would rather spend elsewhere. This Review in no way is meant to demean any one Individual. I am simply bringing it to your attention as "Constructive Criticism" and hope that you only use it as such. I have not been a longtime Customer for nothing. I was going to not recommend this service center, but after much further thought and contemplation, I changed my answer to a "yes" and hope that it doesn't come back and bite me from other Reviewers who have had their share of dealing with Businesses and/or Individuals that are experiencing what we would define as a "Bad Day." More
