Amazing customer service Pulled into the Keizer dealership with a low tire. They found a piece of metal in my tire, but when they went to repair it discovered the special anti Pulled into the Keizer dealership with a low tire. They found a piece of metal in my tire, but when they went to repair it discovered the special anti theft lug nut wrench was not in my car. I just purchased the car, CPO from a Ford dealership in WA and the wrench was not provided. The tech managed to remove the tire anyway and replaced the anti-theft lug nut with one off their lot. Great people to work with and they had me out in an hour! More

Excellent Customer Service I had my Ford Taurus in for service, it needed extra work so I ask them to take me home in Keizer. While driving to me home my wife called frantic abo I had my Ford Taurus in for service, it needed extra work so I ask them to take me home in Keizer. While driving to me home my wife called frantic about taking our dogs in to the groomer, Archie the driver said no problem, we stopped an got the dogs and dropped them off at the groomer which was very close. This is great customer service, anyone can change oil and rotate tires, this kind of service separates talking about good customer service and actually delivering it.
