In years passed Ford was a name to be ridiculed. Ford was commonly known as a Fix Or Repair Daily vehicle. However, that is no longer the case. Ford now has a quality product that is very competitive with the import and domestic markets. That competitive edge is being spearheaded by dealerships like Skyline Ford in Keizer with a dedicated and caring staff and salesmen like Ron Parrish. Ron has been instrumental in recognizing which vehicle, options, and price best suited my needs. There were no high pressure tactics and I never had the feeling that I was being pushed toward a more expensive vehicle or one they were trying to get rid of. I was never made to feel simply like a dollar sign and never made to feel like I had the intelligence of a rock. Ron was, at all times, very knowledgeable and Professional. Skyline Ford in Keizer and especially Ron Parrish were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them. More

Then while working on the financing with Octavio I mentioned that I wanted to keep the terms as short as possible to allow me to replace My wife's older car. He then found a way for me to trade in the old car and purchase My F150 and a 2011 Fusion that Ron found for my wife in five minutes. It was trying times after my wife rolled my car ( fortunately she was not hurt bad ) dealing with the insurance company and looking for a replacement vehicle But Ron and Octavio Made things a lot better with there Knowledge and caring for the customer. More
Skyline does not care about people. I am a widow who purchased her first car since husband passed. Francisco sat in back seat while my daughter and I checked out features. I asked where the air was and he said turn the dial to cold and push button and I believed him. Six - eight weeks later it was warm and I needede air. There was no air. I might have been stupid, but I trust people. Skyline will do nothing to rectify this without it costing me money I don't have. Francisco and the manager acted liked they did not know it didn't have air, even though he told me how to turn it on. I was a fool and will never do business with Skyline Keizer again. DKH More

I am not the most technical person around, but Phil took the time and had the energy to answer all of my tedious questions about how automobiles have changed in the century since my last purchase:) He was so easy to work with too- not intimidating or rude liek some salespeople are. Chad, the store manager, was constantly checking to see that we were comfortable and that all our questions were being answered.
