Very Helpful and Knowledgeable - No Pressure Sage and Chris made the experience as enjoyable as this type of experience can be. While I knew what I wanted, they made sure to acquaint me with alternatives for features I had not considered. Took an extended test drive which took away any doubts I may have had about the Ford Fusion. Couldn't be happier with my selection and Chris and Sage. They showed me all the inventory on hand and what was available from other dealers, just to make sure I got what I wanted. While it took a rather lengthy time to complete all the paperwork, this was due to a faulty computer system and not extended bargaining ploy. I was impressed by how well the two worked together and will not hesitate recommending them to friends and relatives. If the car I bought proves to be as comfortable and reliable as Sage and Chris, I will be coming back with my wife when she decides to replace her car. More

We have all our maintenance done here on our 2013 F350 Super Duty and our 2010 Ford Edge. Last time I was in, I ordered parts for my F350 and even though I bought it over a year ago, I got the splash guards at a discounted price as if I just bought it. All the employees we have dealt with know us on a first name bases and even know our kids names. Keizer Ford knows how to give awesome customer service! More

Finding the right car I first came to Keizer Skyline Ford to buy a part for my wife's new Mustang purchased elsewhere. In doing so I overheard a conversation between Phil I first came to Keizer Skyline Ford to buy a part for my wife's new Mustang purchased elsewhere. In doing so I overheard a conversation between Phil McColly and another staff person. I waited until they were done and asked about a Rav4 they had been discussing. Phil took my information and that night had already emailed me with eight or ten different vehicles he wanted me to consider that I'd indicated were within my price range and desired parameters. I called and we made a time to go and look at a few that were interesting to me that were both on another lot. I really thought I was going to be buying the Rav4 that looked most appealing but when we test drove it the "feel" just wasn't quite right. He had listened carefully and pointed out a Subaru Outback also on that lot and we test drove it as well. Again, I thought I was going to buy that one but he'd also heard me saying that the color just wasn't quite right, not so much for me but for my wife who wasn't even there ! When we got back to Keizer Skyline he pointed out the exact car I was looking for, right down to the color that would appeal to this Duck loving family ! I am a retired counselor and people's personalities and "style" mean everything to me when I'm dealing with them. Phil listened incredibly well, never pushed, never pressured and was a total pleasure to work with despite the fact that he was suffering a great deal of pain on that particular day from a bad back ! My wife came down and met us and both Phil and Walt Sommerson, the Sales Manager were easy to deal with and most helpful ! Without question the best car buying experience I've ever had ! I will definitely be back as they are going to include a towing package on my new vehicle and they have invited my family to take part in the Mustang owners group that meets at their lot later this summer and annually ! I have nothing but good things to say about this experience ! Walt was wonderful but I've now spent hours and hours with Phil and I have to say that this man simply is willing to do almost anything to make sure you get what you really want and that you have a wonderful buying experience ! KUDOS Keizer Skyline Ford Dealership !!! More
