They actually provide customer service I came by on a Saturday for an oil change. JP greeted me as I walked in, I asked about the wait since there were at least 4 cars ahead of me. He said it would be at least 2 hours, but if I wanted to give them a call later he'd let me know how it looked. I left and then called later, the wait was still long. I called a second time and JP said come on down. I got there and he already had the work order with my name on it and service request section filled out. I went to sit in the lobby and barely had time to get comfortable before JP came back to get me since my car was already done. Good job to JP and to the service team there in Keizer, and only Keizer.
