Awesome Experience I stopped by Keizer Ford just to look at a possible upgrade to my current Ford Focus and less than 2 hours later I left with a Ford Escape. I originally went to Skyline because they have been so supportive in the community, including the Keizer Iris Festival. Recently, I stopped and talked to Phil McColl regarding a truck. He asked what I would be using it for and what I wanted to spend. Because I want to tow a travel trailer he suggested a F 150 but I was apprehensive to drive that large of truck. He suggested that I test drive one just to see if I liked it. He was informative, nice and didn't mind all the questions I had. By the end of the test drive I was sold. Phil then handed me over to Sage Bass. Sage was professional and easy to work with . I received a fair trade-in for my Jeep and a fair purchase price for the truck. I am now the proud owner of a 2012 Ford F150. I would highly recommend anyone who might be in the market for a vehicle, whether it is new or used, to stop by and talk to the professional staff at Skyline Keizer Ford. More

The service department answered lots of our questions and helped with our problem. We told them we would not forget all the help and when it was time we would be back to buy a car. And we did come back. We met Norm and he was so friendly and helpful. We were going to buy a used car but could not find what we wanted. Norm asked us if we would be interested in a lease. Never leasing before we said no, don't think so. But Norm explained the lease to us and all the options we could have and get a new car and get the red car I wanted.I have never had a new car. Norm is a smart man. Walt and Sage were very helpful through this process also. We now are driving a new Ford Escape Titanium and loving it.
