I spent $18,000 on a 2014 Ford Mustang, I was told in a text that the car had Bluetooth. After I buy the car and try to setup my phone I find out no it doesn't have Bluetooth. You can not get back up camer text that the car had Bluetooth. After I buy the car and try to setup my phone I find out no it doesn't have Bluetooth. You can not get back up camera, no accessories. I would think a Mustang would have the available options. Jordan the sales rep could I just go get an adapter. The power socket in the storage bin doesn't have room for an adapter, the other is at top of dashboard and the owners manual states "Warning: do not plug optional electrical accessories into the cigarette lighter socket in proper use of the lighter can cause damage not covered by your warranty and can result in fire or serious injury and do not hang anything. I would need to spend another $1300 or more to put in a system that would work. A person needs hands free phone capability or even just use of your phone. I am not happy about it all. I had just put over $700 on a system for my old car, and put $6K down on this car. Now I am stuck with a car I am not happy with. No way to use handsfree in my car. I guess I will have to trade it in already and I will end up losing money. More

I went in 2 different times to have my alarm/key fob disengaged due to staring issues. They said they can’t do it. Then they said for 130.00 and leave my truck for seven days they’d look at it. …. I worked with Phillip while looking for a new Bronco Sport. I can be a bit of a butthead when car shopping as I’m not a fan of the games and back and forth that a lot of dealerships still do. Purchased a Mustang Mach-e from Mike Tovar at Skyline Keizer Ford. The process started about a month before I took possession of the car as stock for this model was pretty scarce at the time. Mike was Keizer Ford. The process started about a month before I took possession of the car as stock for this model was pretty scarce at the time. Mike was super helpful and transparent from the beginning and helped tremendously with all stages of the process from my initial test drive of their demo vehicle, to checking factory inventory and reservation of my particular vehicle. Once it arrived at the dealership, Mike helped me to close the deal and to setup all aspects of FordPass and the vehicle's built in technology. Whenever I buy a car, I'm looking for two things - a salesperson who knows what he is selling and that is transparent. Mike was extremely knowledgeable on the tech of this car, and there is quite a bit of it so I was impressed that he knew all of the details. On the purchase side, it was just a price and a transaction - like it should be. No drama, no pressure - just a price, a down payment an interest rate and a resulting monthly payment. That's how it should be. I really appreciated the ease of the process overall and will definitely buy here again if I'm in the market for another Ford vehicle. More

we put a deposit while the ranger was built, we checked in occasionally & the staff was always helpful. Waiting was hard but Garrett and Sage kept us going. They are great folks,&, we used the parts dept in occasionally & the staff was always helpful. Waiting was hard but Garrett and Sage kept us going. They are great folks,&, we used the parts dept for our old 99 Ranger while waiting. Everyone is very kind and helpful and eager to please.
