I had originally written a great review for this place! Over the past couple of weeks boy, have I changed my mind. For starters we were prequalified for a certain amount through Capital One. The place my f Over the past couple of weeks boy, have I changed my mind. For starters we were prequalified for a certain amount through Capital One. The place my fiancé has a credit card. We spoke to salesman Ellis told him what we were pre approved for, told him what we wanted to put down, told him which car we wanted, asked him if it were possible to trade in a car that had title issues. Not the greatest car, but definitely worth more than the $500 they gave us for it. Throughout the days before our appointment to go see the car we wanted Ellis made it seem like we had it in the bag. Again, with a pre approved amount. We go to see the car, fall in love. Then we are suddenly told we weren’t approved for that car. We got talked into getting an entirely different vehicle. Fine! Then we were basically forced to pay $500 more than what we wanted to put down on the car. We told the salesman we only had the $2000 to put down. His response was well can you borrow $500 from someone! Like xxx!! I ended up just paying the $2500. Not to mention my car payments are gonna be $618. We left with our new car. A few days later I was called saying that they needed all the original paperwork from the car I gave them. I said I took it that day and the salesman said I didn’t need it. Which was true! She then asked me to please email her photos of the paperwork. I did just that literally right after we hung up the phone. 2 days later she emailed me saying she never got the photos so I emailed them AGAIN. Hadn’t heard from anyone there since. Yesterday they called my fiancé saying they needed me to go down there ASAP, that it couldn’t wait another day. That I needed to sign a paper. So I leave work just to go over there. I get there and they tell me that I was supposed to bring the original paperwork. Never did they say that over the phone. They just said I needed to sign a paper. So I went from Lakewood to Thornton for nothing. Had some guy named Derrick literally arguing with me. I called and spoke to a manager after I left. He said he would send the salesman to my house today to bring me the paper to sign and grab the original paperwork. Fine!! All day passes and he just now called me 30 minutes ago. That he will be on his way in an hour. Oh and get this, say I need to pay them $120 for the title. ANOTHER thing they didn’t mention. Biggest mistake I’ve ever made!! Please people, do not waste your time at this place. They are liars, scammers, unprofessional, and unorganized. I can go on. I don’t even want the vehicle anymore. Not because it’s not a good vehicle but because I really do not want to give these people another dime! More
