We bought a car from here on December 10th from Alejandra. At the time of the test drive the tire pressure light was on. I told Alejandra this, she said that it was just due to the vehicle sitting Alejandra. At the time of the test drive the tire pressure light was on. I told Alejandra this, she said that it was just due to the vehicle sitting for so long and they would refill all the tires when they detail the car. I drove off and not even two minutes from the dealership the pressure light came on again. I refilled the tires myself the next day. This continued weekly as the tire pressure continued to drop and we had to continue to fill at least 1-2 tires a week. We called the dealership and they wanted to charge us $75 to just look at the tires only a month after we got the car. They finally agreed to look at them for free. Alejandra and the technician both said 'the tires are fine' and said there must be an issue with the computer system showing low pressure. This is odd considering that the tires had been visibly low. They claimed there was nothing wrong with the tires and there were no leaks. Did a factory reset to the computer system, filled the tires to 38 and sent us on our way. Only a few hours later when leaving work the tire pressure was down to 30 and the following day much lower (12-13). Once again we were back to refilling the air in the tires every other day now as they started losing air much quicker. I called Alejandra at Skyline back and left a message explaining there IS something wrong with the tires and we are still having issues and to please call us back and get this addressed. She never returned my call. It got to a point where I purchased an air compressor because we were tired of going to gas stations to refill the tire every other day. It became clear that Skyline had no intention of fixing this issue. We took the car to a tire shop. They advised us that all 4 tires were old, one was 7 years old, another had tread so bad that they said we could have gotten a ticket for it if pulled over. We spent $800 on 4 brand new tires for a car we purchased less than 4 months ago. I have reached out to Skyline Mitsubishi again, but do not expect to hear back from them. Funny, because Alejandra definitely knew how to use a phone and get ahold of me when they needed the title for my trade in. Once they got what they needed they have no interest in helping. Not recommended. More
Pretty disappointing expierence. Was going to trade my 2018 raptor in for a trx. Ran my credit, came upon an agreed upon price. Told them im most likely going to buy it pending a test drive. Sales manager all of a sudden started saying ill only let you test drive it if you buy it. xxx? Why would i buy a truck that they wouldnt let me test drive. Makes me wonder what they were trying to hide. Anyways As long as there wasnt an issue with the truck i would have 100% bought it. Their sales manager cost them two customers today. My friend came down to check out a 2011 sti. After my interaction with the sales manager, i told him to walk away. Sales manager is costing your company sales. If i was the owner id be livid. Feel bad for the sales man bob, his boss cost him a fat comission tonight. More
I've never written a review for anything in my life but I needed to warn people. I've dealt with plenty dealerships over the years and this place was pathetic. It took them two months to "finalize the deal" needed to warn people. I've dealt with plenty dealerships over the years and this place was pathetic. It took them two months to "finalize the deal" and pay off my trade-in. I was given two late payment marks on my credit report because they didn't pay off my trade-in loan. I had to go in 3 separate times to "resign" paperwork because of whatever xxxxxxxx reason. Dana in the finance department is probably the worst person I've ever worked with in any sales or professional environment. She is unprofessional, rude and just seems to not know what she's doing at all. She took those two months to finalize my deal then wrote the payoff amount for the wrong amount of money to the bank. She wrote it for over $2,000 short. That became another ordeal that she didn't want to take responsibility for. Then she finally admitted she xxxxed up. Now I tried to go in and get the check for the $2k+ that is owed to me because I had to finance the difference on my new vehicle because I was upside down. Now she's telling me she can't write me the check for it until the title for the trade-in comes in and she wasn't apologetic about it at all. Never said sorry once. She was actually very rude LOL It isn't my problem that she doesn't know what she's doing and xxxxed up my deal AND took two months to xxxx it up. Now I have to wait another 4-8 weeks for them to get the title so I can receive the money owed to me and be done with this terrible dealership. This place is a joke and I'll go out of my way to make sure I tell everyone I know exactly that. Stay away from this place. More

This was our first online purchase of a car. Wow! We love these guys! It was easy and on point! Robert, Bob and Brandon all worked hard like professionals to get us the quickest and easiest transaction possi these guys! It was easy and on point! We didn't get our car serviced or inspected, or a diagnostic check run on it before we arrived to picker her up( like I had requested) and 2. We did have to go 3 states away to pic up our car (instead of them offering a way for it to be delivered to us), but it did give me and my husband a chance to see Denver Colorado together and make a mini vaca out of it. We had a blast! Don't be afraid to purchase from Skyline Mitsubishi, all in all they made it happen and were so friendly! Thanks for our beautiful Infinity QX-50 ! More
