Don’t waste your time at Skyline Ford. Most of all it’s Service Department. I had my vehicle brought in for service on a few issues. I wasn’t greeted kindly, was told the parts I needed we Most of all it’s Service Department. I had my vehicle brought in for service on a few issues. I wasn’t greeted kindly, was told the parts I needed were in stock, would take 7-10 business days and was quoted a little over $700 for the job. It took almost 2 months for them to make the necessary fixes. During that time I would call once or twice a week but would never get anyone on the phone and was just transferred to voicemail after voicemail without any callback. When I did receive a callback, the conversation felt more like they wanted to discuss money more than my vehicle. The price kept changing, via email and phone. Price would go up, then down, then up again. And multiple people gave me different price quotes. Custom service from the service department was short and rude. If they weren’t the person handling your vehicle, then they weren’t going to help you. In the end, I paid almost $1,500. But on the phone I was told $770. And on top of it all, they didn’t even fix everything I wanted and the things they did fix were rigged together poorly. Needless to say I haven’t heard back from them after I’ve called with questions and to complain. Do yourself a favor, unless your vehicle is covered under warranty, take your business elsewhere. More

I had an oil change done. Mel was great to work with.
