Body shop took care of all Had a leak, thought it was just a hose. Talking to bodyshop and they looked and had me leave it. They sent it through service. Called and told me it was a water pump which is unfortunately common. They did everything, found it was under the diesel warranty, sent it through service, all was done and even washed before I picked it up. Thank you! More

Service means service I was greeted by a smiling face technician who said he would take good care of my vehicle. He directed me to the waiting room and drove off with my car. About an hour later he met me in the waiting room and went over item by item as to what he did in servicing my car. I was treated in a very respectful manor, the service department is top rate, same as all the other areas of Skyline Ford.
