My first visit in June was an all day drop off that I took off of work. I got a ride back to Dallas and was called back 30 minutes after I arrived home only to find out all that was needed was a picture took off of work. I got a ride back to Dallas and was called back 30 minutes after I arrived home only to find out all that was needed was a picture of my vin. Why couldn’t that happen while I waited? I was then told I would receive a call back in 2-3 weeks when parts arrived. 4 months later I finally got a call. A second recall had come about since the first appt. I asked if both would be done. The answer was yes. I asked again when I dropped the car off and was told yea again. They were both listed in the work order. Upon picking up my car I was told only one recall had been done. So now I am looking at. A 3rd day off work to get this taken care of. Management is poor. I would not purchase a car from skyline and probably Would not purchase a Ford again. More
