We called for a recall on our car and they found a convenient time to come to the dealership. I chose a time with the availability of using the courtesy van. We dropped off our car and the driver too convenient time to come to the dealership. I chose a time with the availability of using the courtesy van. We dropped off our car and the driver took us home. When the car was done they called, I notified the courtesy driver. He came and picked us up. The car was done and I drove home. It was seamless!!!! I went in to have an oil change, cabin filter replaced, and windshield wiper replaced. I got there 15 minutes before my appointment and my car was finished 15 minutes after my appointment time on a Saturda and windshield wiper replaced. I got there 15 minutes before my appointment and my car was finished 15 minutes after my appointment time on a Saturday! Was great to be out so quickly and all needs met! Thank you! More
