So after a few hours of waiting with no word I saw my car in lot so asked and service writer had gone to lunch without telling me my car was going to So after a few hours of waiting with no word I saw my car in lot so asked and service writer had gone to lunch without telling me my car was going to need more extensive work. I could have gone home since car ended up there for several days. Great shuttle driver and all in all was good. Service writer was great keeping me informed from then on.
