This is twice now that I tried for two weeks to get ahold of Gavin in service with no return call. I did speak with the service manager and he did change me to a new service advisor. I want to say Gavin in s of Gavin in service with no return call. I did speak with the service manager and he did change me to a new service advisor. I want to say Gavin in service has the absolute worst customer service skills I have every dealt with. I called him twice a day for two weeks to discuss what needed to be done and after my second call on the day of the service he sent me a text asking what I needed. I did text back letting him know I needed him to call me which he still did not do. More

Although I was not booked for an appointment, the Service Department fit me in for a quick check on the bottom of my vehicle after an unintended run over a curb to avoid an accident.
