This is twice now that I tried for two weeks to get ahold of Gavin in service with no return call. I did speak with the service manager and he did change me to a new service advisor. I called him twice a day for two weeks to discuss what needed to be done and after my second call on the day of the service he sent me a text asking what I needed.
