My truck wasn’t put back together and then when I went to pull the tailgate off the mechanic wrapped the added wire around every wiring harness instead of wrapping it to the wiring harness it was connected t pull the tailgate off the mechanic wrapped the added wire around every wiring harness instead of wrapping it to the wiring harness it was connected to. Extremely poor quality and I will never recommend anyone to do business with skyline ford. More

Honestly, service feels impersonal (go away, you're bothering me). More kind of like a drive thru service, while in some cases that's good but seems like the advisors stations are just way different t bothering me). The online scheduling system is not very accurate in scheduling what type of service that I really need to get. Sometimes I like to schedule my service in person but the poor group at that setting just are way too cramped and there's no room for more than two people to by side by side, rubbing shoulders. Hopefully there's a plan in the works to change that. In whole, the new service center just feels OFF whenever I stop in there. More
