Mel Wangler was fantastic as a service writer and kept me in touch with everything during my lengthy process of finding a bad water leak that had been there since the truck was made! John, the service manager was extremely helpful with explaining my over fueling problem as I was getting fuel delusion in my oil. Everyone that I deal with at Skyline Ford 🛻 is top shelf and is A number one. Honestly, I have used the service department a few times, and I have been satisfied. However the last time I left my vehicle, they called me and said it would be a 6 hour fix, I didn't get my car back for 10 and I have been satisfied. However the last time I left my vehicle, they called me and said it would be a 6 hour fix, I didn't get my car back for 10 days! Then I drive to the store and when I came out it wouldn't start, I had to get a ride home. Turns out they didn't retighten the battery cables! I won't go back! Between the car rental and repair bill it's not worth it. I'm trading in the Ford for a Toyota! More

The service department is AWESOME. Very busy, but in a pinch they will figure a way to get you taken care of. Ben was great to work with.
