Gavin missed a promised call back with an ETA for fixing my truck. Normally, no big deal, except last year when I had the fasers replaced and some other work, it took 2-1/2 weeks to start and finish the rep my truck. Ben was the service tech handing the work last year. Ben only could say that dispatch had the final call. I surmised that mechanical talent was pulled off my repairs twice to work on other vehicles. I don’t know that but that’s what I thought. So, I was happy when, this time, Skyline finished my truck when promised. My faith in Skyline is restored. More

Google says an 'unskilled person' should be able to change a single bulb in ten to twenty minutes. So it took a skilled tech 6 times as long to do that? Doesn't make sense. Nobody felt empowered to do anything about the bill when I questioned it. I received a follow up call from the warranty lady, but even she couldn't make sense of the billing and no more follow up since. I feel scammed, frankly! More
