Got my car back after 3 months (was told maybe a little over a month job). Went to pick it up Friday evening right before they closed, turned onto street to find my car wouldn’t go past 10 mph. They have it back and can’t seem to tell me what’s wrong with it but insist they don’t believe it has anything to do with the work they had done on the car. My car was not having these issues prior to dropping it off. They also gave me my car back without the front license plate. Hoping it’s not another month before I get my car back. More

Many years ago, as a young single woman, I purchased a new car from a very established dealership in another state. I had so many problems with them, with getting legitimate warranty work done, I was not new car from a very established dealership in another state. I had so many problems with them, with getting legitimate warranty work done, I was not expecting much the first time we purchased with Skyline. We bought a new F250 in late 2018, and just a few months ago a new F350. I have had nothing but EXCELLENT after-purchase service at Skyline from almost everyone (nothing is 100% 100% of the time) with whom I have interacted! I will always give them my business in the future. Way to go, Skyline! I proudly bear your name on my license plate frame. A special thanks to Don in Sales who has made purchasing 2 trucks with all my customization requests so easy, Jeff in Finance (who handled transferring our vehicle warranty to a private purchaser), Nicholas in parts who has gone out of his way to get me what I wanted, Jon in Service who absolutely knocked himself out to find and silence a noise in my 2019 which no one else could, Josh in the body shop who did a little extra for me while applying a trim piece, and so many more, some whose names I did not know and some whose names (forgive me) I cannot recall at the moment. The Dealership has a clean service department and has a friendly welcoming staff. Overall experience was good, with an annoying hiccup in the middle of the process. Seems Customer Service does not have any friendly welcoming staff. Overall experience was good, with an annoying hiccup in the middle of the process. Seems Customer Service does not have any backup when employee is out. I called my contact’s cell multiple times with no response. Finally went to dealership and walked into customer service to get an update. My vehicle was ready for a short pickup to drive to locate oil leak. I drove it for a couple days. After returning the vehicle, completion of the service went smoothly. Customer service needs to have a system for employee backup when one person is out for multiple days. My suggestion. More
