The staff was beyond helpful. Katrina went out of her way. I have a 1973 Ford Maverick that is in the process of being restored. I had an electrical problem and came to the dealership unannounced and was gree I have a 1973 Ford Maverick that is in the process of being restored. I had an electrical problem and came to the dealership unannounced and was greeted by Katrina who did all she could to help fix the problem...replacing fuses and getting advice from mechanics as to what may help. As it turned out the problem was a little more involved so more work was required. The car has some rust issues so cannot be out in any moisture and Katrina made sure Olive (the cars name) was inside whenever it rained. Something I consider to be above and beyond. When the car was done being serviced the courtesy driver John came to get me at my home and was able to take a few extra minutes to drop of a vehicle s I could garage Olive at my house. He was friendly and courteous and again went the extra mile to make my experience great! Also I am very satisfied with the repairs and would like to thank the technician as well, although I do not know his name. More

When I called to schedule my oil change I specifically asked if there would be any days that would be more likely to have a quiet waiting room. Anthony and Chris made sure that my oil change was scheduled during a quiet time of the day. I enjoyed my time sipping coffee and reading in the comfortable waiting area. First off the weather made us ch My wife and I brought our for Fiesta ( purchased at Skyline) to you for new tires, 4 wheel alignment and oil change. First off the weather made us change our appointment twice. We live at the coast so its an 65 mile drive for us to the dealership. That was handled with out a hitch. We took advantage of your shuttle service to do some shopping down town, worked great, great driver. During the mounting of our new tires one of our wheels was damaged by the mounting equipment, to the point it needed repair. I understand that those things happen, but the way it was handled was very impressive. Our service writer Katrina, explained the damage to us, and presented the solution on the spot. No questions, the machine had damaged the wheel and this is how Skyline would repair it. The way she presented the problem left no room for me to get upset. It was done very professionally, in a manor that gave us confidence that we would be taken care of properly. Many thanks to Katrina for her very professional and considerate attitude. Customer service is a skill that is difficult to find. I sometimes think it is a skill a person is born with. Anthony Brown was a delight to visit with during the entire quote and scheduling process. He somehow got the set of tires ordered in, AND mounted and balanced, AND a 4-wheel alignment on the car, the next afternoon! We couldn't believe it. After all that, he then handled all the paperwork for the tire rebate for us! So, kudos to Anthony and to Skyline. We'll be back, hopefully many times. More
