No pressure sales We took our 2005 F350 in for repairs. While there, we test drove a used 2012 F350. The next day we went back and test drove a new 2017 F350. Francisco was patient with us as we asked to take both vehicles out to the freeway (as much of my driving is on the freeway). He did not rush us, or try to turn us to another salesman; he just answered our questions and gave us information on the vehicles. After the second test drive, we bought the new F350. We couldn't be happier with it and would absolutely recommend Francisco "Franny" for anyone looking for a new Ford, or something on their used lot. He can even sell you a new Acura or Mercedes, from their lots across the street. More

Body shop took care of all Had a leak, thought it was just a hose. Talking to bodyshop and they looked and had me leave it. They sent it through service. Called and told me it was a water pump which is unfortunately common. They did everything, found it was under the diesel warranty, sent it through service, all was done and even washed before I picked it up. Thank you! More

The dealership that goes out of their way for the customer! I had purchased a new vehicle from Skyline Ford in November. It had a cosmetic blemish that was not evident until about 5 months later. Service means service I was greeted by a smiling face technician who said he would take good care of my vehicle. He directed me to the waiting room and drove off with my car. About an hour later he met me in the waiting room and went over item by item as to what he did in servicing my car. I was treated in a very respectful manor, the service department is top rate, same as all the other areas of Skyline Ford.
