Used Truck Purchase I would just like to say that the Skyline Ford Family and Team Members are an OUTSTANDING group of people. My wife Paula and I had recently purchase I would just like to say that the Skyline Ford Family and Team Members are an OUTSTANDING group of people. My wife Paula and I had recently purchased a truck that after it's first car wash (a little dirty due to inclement weather at time of purchase) realized there was acid damage to the paint on the hood which had not been noted. Once Skyline management was made aware of the situation they quickly replaced the hood, painted and restored it to factory new condition at no additional cost in the purchase price. Paula and I would like to personally thank Chad, Dave, Terry, Diana, Emily and the whole team at Skyline Ford as well as the Skyline Service and Body Shop folks, for there Professionalism, Integrity, Courtesy, Understanding and Customer Care that is above reproach. Always up selling and never on time I have owned ford's around the country, including Hawaii and Alaska, and have never dealt with a service center like yours. First off, why in the world does it take an hour and a half to get an oil change (the works)? Why don't you have a fast lube for those of us getting scheduled maintenance? Why do your service managers always try up selling services? I purchase the Maintenance plan with my trucks, yet you continue to try to sell me on other maintenance issues that are not needed or are covered. On my vehicles without the service plan, you hammer away at needing the 15, 30, 45, 600 services. With my truck, you keep telling me it's not needed. I call BS. I have had the 30, 60 and 90k services doe on every Ford I have ever had. Because this truck is u derived he maintenance plan, I can only assume you don't want to do it because you won't make any money off of me. I despise this dealership and actually went to Portland to buy my current truck. The only reason I come to you for service is because I live and work in Salem More

Out of his way to help We did not even buy our truck from Skyline but they were the ones that did the engine replacement for us. When our truck broke down 7 short months la We did not even buy our truck from Skyline but they were the ones that did the engine replacement for us. When our truck broke down 7 short months later (unrelated to the engine replacement) I called Skyline and was transferred to Octavio. It was a Sunday and I was in North Plains. There was "nothing" he could do to help me. He was friendly, offered suggestions, called his off duty service manager and gave me advice. I almost felt like if he could have, he would have come and towed my truck himself. He did some digging around, called me back gave me all the information I might need and even provided me with his service managers personal Cell number in case I have any other questions. All in all, I got my truck down to Skyline and it is being taken care of. Thank you Octavio for your help! More
Crappy Service I HAD to take my vehicle here for recall work as the Keizer Ford dealership was not able to do the work. The service at Keizer is always phenomenal, t I HAD to take my vehicle here for recall work as the Keizer Ford dealership was not able to do the work. The service at Keizer is always phenomenal, the staff are friendly and helpful but the staff on Commercial in Salem are terrible. The first time I took it there, they didn't even have the parts to fix the recall work, even though I had made an appointment. When I got a ride to work in the morning the van was tall and I couldn't even get in it with my work apparel on. The driver made some unfriendly comments and made the ride super uncomfortable. I got a ride back to the dealership from a coworker since I didn't want to ride with the driver again, and then the dealership couldn't find my car......Luckily one of the workers knew what vehicle I had since the work was not completed since they didn't have the parts. My car was across the street and left unlocked which didn't make me feel any better. I had to take my car back to the Ford dealership so that the work could be completed and when they called me to tell me it was ready and my tires/brakes would need to be replaced in the future, they didn't want to talk to me, the person who dropped it off, they only wanted to talk to my husband. Super frustrating when I dropped the vehicle off, I know my vehicle and I'm the customer they called, not my husband. I can tell you I would never go back and it's a shame because Keizer is wonderful More

Another Outstanding Experience by the Service Dept. I took my 2010 F150 in to get the climate control worked on which they did, but in addition when they performed the safety/multi point inspection, fou I took my 2010 F150 in to get the climate control worked on which they did, but in addition when they performed the safety/multi point inspection, found a few other areas needing attention that if gone unchecked, would have resulted in a very expensive repair. Jason, the service tech person who assisted me, was great to work with! They ran into a few issues and kept me informed step by step, treated me fair and went the extra mile for me!! Each and every time my pick up needs attention, I will be on their doorstep! Again, Jason my hat goes off you you!! Thank You!! More
