OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Skyline Ford is excellent! I recently went to have a scheduled oil change and 3 days later to buy new tires for my 2012 Ford Fusion. Both times I re Skyline Ford is excellent! I recently went to have a scheduled oil change and 3 days later to buy new tires for my 2012 Ford Fusion. Both times I received outstanding service. Anthony Brown went out of his way to correct my billing for the oil change which ended up being covered by my extended warranty, and making sure I got a reduced price on my 4 new tires. He kept me informed about what was being done on my car as I was in the waiting area and told me how much longer the work was expected to take. His pleasant and knowledgeable attitude is appreciated and reflects the excellence of the employees at Skyline Ford. Also, the receptionist informed me about their rewards program and I was able to start using it immediately, to lower my tire costs even more and earn a $15.00 credit for future service needs. This business represents what is best about Salem...a place that cares about people and does honest work at affordable prices. By the way, they make the BEST cup of coffee...all different flavors, and even a yummy hot chocolate! I'll never go anywhere else and I've lived in Salem all my life. More

Exceeded my expectations in the area of customer service! My first impression and experience with Skyline Ford on Commercial St in Salem was Vince Gregson. Vince greeted me with a smile and was very whiling My first impression and experience with Skyline Ford on Commercial St in Salem was Vince Gregson. Vince greeted me with a smile and was very whiling to listen to my questions. Once I was finished with my questions, Vince with out hesitation said he knew which employee had the most experience with the main question I had. With in seconds he said follow me. He introduced me to James House. Vince explained to James the main question I had and James listened and provided his answer. James even went right to a computer and printed out several documenting his option. I was very impressed by both Vince and James and decide to have my vehicle repaired at Skyline Ford. My vehicle was not drive able (blown engine) and was in Eugene, so I had it towed to Skyline Ford. From the day it arrived Vince very helpful and kept me updated as needed. The final invoice was $100.00 below what I was quoted which was a pleasant surprise and the work was completed on time. I have driven the vehicle over 1500 miles since I picked it and it runs like new. Great Job Guys!!!! Thank You Cary Drinkwater a very happy customer! More
Not performing work as expected I was new to the area, had a maintenance agreement and had great experiences with previous Ford dealerships in WA and GA. I travel a lot and was taki I was new to the area, had a maintenance agreement and had great experiences with previous Ford dealerships in WA and GA. I travel a lot and was taking my car there frequently. The employees were friendly. First I noticed the yellow dot on the windshield wipers which I found out was an indicator they needed to be changed. This was the case after a couple of visits. Also, gas consumption went down 5-6 mpg. I mentioned these items (before sending in a complaint) and was told I should see an immediate difference in mpg as it was a result of winter gas vs summer gas. My research indicates this can have an affect of .5-3 mpg depending on the state you are in. Ok, except I saw an immediate 2 mpg in the first 200 miles after leaving and before I refilled. Finally, they marked my tired as good on the checklist. They are in serious need of replacement again. I say again because I chose not to have them replace my tires when I first moved into town. I guess they were upset with me choosing a different brand of tire, they did not carry, that met my driving conditions and style. More
"Top Drawer" Customer Service!!! Recently I pulled in to Skyline's Keizer service center to have the oil changed in my 2013 Mustang Boss 302. I had driven all the way from Portland a Recently I pulled in to Skyline's Keizer service center to have the oil changed in my 2013 Mustang Boss 302. I had driven all the way from Portland as they have always treated me well in Keizer. Unfortunately for me, there was a huge line of cars already in line. I had an appointment back in Portland in two hours. Jennifer came to the rescue. She was able to work me in so I was able to be finished in time for my Portland meeting. Thats one of the reasons I always make the trek to Skyline to have my Boss attended to. Thank you so much!!! Steve B. More
I love Jason in the service department!! My husband and I moved up here from reno NV. We didn't need vehicles in reno. But when we moved Salem. We realized we need a vehicle in this towns bu My husband and I moved up here from reno NV. We didn't need vehicles in reno. But when we moved Salem. We realized we need a vehicle in this towns bus system is not up to par in this town and you can't just walk everywhere. We ended up getting an old Subaru legacy that has needed repairs. My mother told me to contact Jason in the service department at ford dealership. That she trusted him and they do awesome work. Honest and reliable. So I did. We have since bought tires for the car and have had it worked on a few times. Jason is awesome. Always helpful even if I call tons of times to ask questions. Lol. Everyone in my family knows of Jason at ford. We always tell our friends and family oh you have a problem with your vehicle. Take it to Jason. Lol. Recently he saved us. As I said we were from reno NV. Well most people in reno bikes, walks, bus, or has a scotter. Well we had a scooter tao tao. I called everyone in the book I could look up for scooters. I almost gave up when I said I will call Jason. He was able to give me the number of a place who knew a mechanic who knew a mechanic who works on scooters. Thank you so much! You have been one of the best mechanics and service departments we have ever worked with. Keep up the good work and of course see ya next time we need auto mantaince. More
