Pleasant clean environment, good people like Frank Trentacosti that we dealt with, were, knowledgeable, friendly and and answered all of our questions. Service to car very satisfactory. Wonderful customer service Jason was wonderful. I live out of town and was wanting a pre-purchase check for a truck. He fit me in same day and answered all my questions. He to Jason was wonderful. After sales care sucks Great sales experience with the Keizer location nothing but problems afterwards. The staff was beyond helpful. Katrina went out of her way. I have a 1973 Ford Maverick that is in the process of being restored. I had an electrical problem and came to the dealership unannounced and was gree I have a 1973 Ford Maverick that is in the process of being restored. I had an electrical problem and came to the dealership unannounced and was greeted by Katrina who did all she could to help fix the problem...replacing fuses and getting advice from mechanics as to what may help. As it turned out the problem was a little more involved so more work was required. The car has some rust issues so cannot be out in any moisture and Katrina made sure Olive (the cars name) was inside whenever it rained. Something I consider to be above and beyond. When the car was done being serviced the courtesy driver John came to get me at my home and was able to take a few extra minutes to drop of a vehicle s I could garage Olive at my house. He was friendly and courteous and again went the extra mile to make my experience great! Also I am very satisfied with the repairs and would like to thank the technician as well, although I do not know his name. More
In for repair...Out with new vehicle I brought my 2001 Escape in for a recall and repair and ended up buying a new Escape. Everyone was very helpful.
