We had been waiting for months for a TCM module to arrive. After 8+ months our warranty part arrived and Ford called to schedule our appt. We dropped our car off and shortly after, we get a call to b arrive. After 8+ months our warranty part arrived and Ford called to schedule our appt. We dropped our car off and shortly after, we get a call to be sure we were aware the repair would be at our expense (we have a branded title). We talked to several people who did not know what the heck they were doing. Notes were not added to our account, which made it difficult for Ford to verify what we were saying. Our car did get repaired which was covered under emissions warranty. Thank you to Gavin for calling and confirming what we were saying all along that we didn't have to pay. I am always pleased with the service Skyline Ford provides, but this visit was not the best. More
It’s hard to rate any business, because the American work force is a complete loss . There is no concern with doing there job only getting thru the day , even if lying is a condition of them staying employed force is a complete loss .
