Been have a randomly occurring problem with my truck. Of course getting the truck to error while they are watching is very difficult. I thought I’d take the time to recognize great customer service at Skyline Ford. Late in the afternoon a couple of days ago I had a dead battery in my F350 Super Duty truck. I called Skyline Ford service service at Skyline Ford. Late in the afternoon a couple of days ago I had a dead battery in my F350 Super Duty truck. I called Skyline Ford service and spoke with Eleine hoping they could install a couple of new batteries. Eleine said they could fit me in and get me back on the road. A kind person gave me a jump start and I headed for Skyline. I arrive a few minutes later to find Eleine and a service tech ready to help me out. New batteries were installed and I was on my way in 20 minutes. I appreciate the great work and customer service ay Skyline Ford - two thumbs up. More
I needed a new battery, so I went in. Only one employee was wearing a mask. I am 68 with underlying medical conditions, so I felt they didn't care if I got sick from the virus. Beware of this Dealership this is the worst place I have ever taken my vehicle it’s been one fiasco after another I scheduled to have my brakes and 30,000 mile service done After sitting there for 3 hou ever taken my vehicle it’s been one fiasco after another I scheduled to have my brakes and 30,000 mile service done After sitting there for 3 hours I was informed they didn’t get to my brakes were not done and that it would have to wait until next service Less than 30 days later my brakes were metal to metal. Let me mention I drive a 2018 F 350 Platinum fully loaded that cost 115,000 dollars Was told that I would have to wait for a week to get scheduled to fix them This is my work truck that i use everyday so after getting them to finally realize that I couldn’t wait a week I was scheduled to go to there Kiaser location I was told to be there a 7 am At 845 I was approached by the Manager who informed me that I needed Brakes And that the service team just got in and they would be getting started on it Ok At this point I hav been sitting there almost 2 hours 3.5 hours later I finally get my truck back So now I take my truck in for my next service YOU CAN BET NOT YO THIS INCOMPETENT DEALERSHIP I took it to Vancouver fod only to find out that SKYLINE marked on my work ticket that they completed many items on the list and didn’t actually accomplish them At this point I am having that investigated since after taking to the Gm who is a real piece of work !!!!! I am under the impression that they do it to all of there service customers and this is normal practice Also I had 3safty recalls on my vehicle and they didn’t bother to even mention that to me If you have service done here check for safety recalls on your vehicle according to the GM THEY DONT LOOK THEM UP !!! So I asked him about the service papers I gave in my hand showing that they did the service when they did not and was told that OH !! We didn’t do the services. I said ok fine please call Vancouver Ford and let them know so I can get my service done he said I DOVV BIG T HAVE TIME HAVE THEM CALL SERVICE. WHUCH THEY DID AND THEY NEVER GOT A CALL BACK That’s another thing this location DOES NOT CALL YOU BACK NO MATTER HIW MANY TIMES YOU CALL the incompetence runs thru the whole dealership So I gave an honest review of how I was treated and the service manager calls me and attempt to bully me into changing it the surprises never stop So beware DO NOT TAKE UOUR VEHICLE HERE AND BE VERY CAUTIOUS IF YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE LOCATIONS More

I got a call couple hours later and the mechanic confirmed my issue. After repair was completed, I was called SUV was ready and friendly shuttle driver ( Dennis ) picked me up as per time requested. The Edge repair was covered by the 50,000 mile power train warranty. More
Got our family back on the road, pronto! We had to head to the service center with some urgency as we were 2 hours from home and our electric connection to our travel trailer failed.
