The body shop didn’t complete the work requested. The reason I didn’t ask to finish is because they already had the car two days longer than scheduled. There was no communication between the parts department and the body shop. I had to bring the parts over from parts department to the shop. On an unrelated transaction with the parts department I called to order a part for my f250 they said it was in stock I asked if they would put in will call for next day, no problem. I drove over from Dallas to pick it up and the gal at the desk said that part will need to be ordered and it would be in the next day. Another trip back and forth. O boy 😳 More

I was very dissatisfied with my experience. The dealership lacked communication and professionalism. My car was towed in on a Friday, and I was told it would be looked at by Monday or Tuesday. It wasn’t checked until the following Friday, with no updates or clear expectations. I received no text messages or phone calls regarding my vehicle until my car went through diagnostics. My car wasn’t ready until the next following Friday. I repeatedly called and often got voicemail. When I expressed concerns about needing my only vehicle to get to work, the response was dismissive with no apology or explanation. My car ended up being there for two weeks, which was unacceptable. Ashley from the dealership called afterwards asking if I was satisfied with my experience. I voiced the same concern. She was also dismissive and said there were other cars in front of me waiting for services and diagnostics. She claimed that is a normal timeframe. More
