I had a recall and oil and anti-freeze change done this time. My only complaint is that the technician changed the option on the instant fuel gauge to the left of the steering wheel while doing his work an time. This has happened before when I took my vehicle to Skyline Ford for service. I was not able to get the gauge back to the option I wanted and quit after 10 minutes of trying. The next day I returned the vehicle to Skyline Ford. The service advisor appeared put out when I requested someone return the fuel gauge to the original option but did it himself. More

When a customer buys a brand new vehicle and continues to deal with the same issue months after purchase and repeated service appointments there should be a drive to get that corrected as soon as possible. I have been told of the customer satisfaction guarantee but have found that the responsive actions by the dealer to be consistent with that guarantee. It’s not a guarantee if the promise isn’t met or there isn’t concrete and quick effort to work until it’s resolved. More
