Worst service dept experience ever. Seem to be a lack of communication within the dept. After a month of trying to get a 2 day repair completed I left without the repair completed. Said they would order it and call me back. I now learn the part is on back order from another dealer. This is a warranty repair and I should have been treated differently. I had multiple problems all computer related. I told them my auto running boards weren't working but only when everything else went crazy. They tried to tell me the motor was seized up and bracke I told them my auto running boards weren't working but only when everything else went crazy. They tried to tell me the motor was seized up and bracket was bad. I explained that was not true that I could make them work in manual mode. I denied the suggested repair and they work just fine now that computer was fixed. I still got charged hundreds of dollars for them checking out running boards. More
