I had been to a few dealers before deciding to stop in at a REAL dealership, like I should have done in the first place. We did not have to deal with a shady, overly aggressive salesman. Ron showed us exactly what we were looking for (a mini van) and found us something not only we could finance, but with payments we could afford. When I came back to pick up my other vehicle, we noticed that the windows had stopped working, and Ron assured us it would be taken care of right away. As for friendliness, Ron astounded us! He treated us like real people, not like a couple of young kids like every other lot did. My son, who is 15 months old, was welcomed by everyone when he wandered around the show room. My overall experience was amazing! I did not expect to feel as relaxed as I did. The experience Ron has provided us definitely made life long customers out of me and my family! More

Took delivery on a 2012 Ford Fiesta SE two weeks ago and I love everything about it. Magical little car. Phil was very friendly and accommodating. Their interest rate matched what we had prearrainged with our credit union but we had not wish to use another financial instituion, we had to decline their offer several times before we were able to conclude the process. The price on their vehicle was not cheap it was at the top of the price range but they did give us a fair trade-in price. No steal but a good overall value. More
We wanted to trade in our truck and buy a used Jeep. It all went smoothly, and we had a good time interacting with Ron, Chad, and Chris. Ron met us at the door and was cheerful, knowledgeable, and thoroug all went smoothly, and we had a good time interacting with Ron, Chad, and Chris. Ron met us at the door and was cheerful, knowledgeable, and thorough with information about the Jeep. He also had a great sense of humor, which made the long dealings of the day a lot less stressful. Ron was very thoughtful, as well, constantly offering to get us coffee or asking if there was anything we needed. We had driven up from Eugene to make this deal, and Chad went out of his way to facilitate getting a check cut and in our hands before we left Keizer, as the truck that we traded in was worth more than the price of the Jeep that we bought. Chris who helped us with all the transaction paperwork was a pleasure. He answered every question we had, and was very organized and patient. What a nice and effective crew! Additionally, the dealership had a very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere, was very clean with comfortable chairs, and had tidy bathrooms. All of the personnel we spoke to were friendly and polite. Buyers Beware: I purchased a 2013 Ford C-Max from Skyline Ford a couple of weeks ago. My wife and I love the car and have always been loyal Ford customers. The C-Max is a great new design for Ford and driving the car has been a fun experience! I wish I could say the same thing about the sales experience we had at Skyline Ford. It turned our whole buying experience sour. We purchased the car though a corporate discount program so it was hassel free and we believe we got it at a fair price. The kicker was the saleman told us and showed us a document that said we would be able to get a $3600 rebate on our taxes if we bought the C-Max before year end. That information convinced us to buy the car that day. A day later we found out the program ended in 2010 and the "document" turned out to be a magazine article from 2009. The salesman said that this is what management told them, and had given them the document to show buyers. He later called me and admitted that it was a mistake. The dealership did offer to buy back the car. We decided to keep the car. We like the C-Max and we like Ford products. I wish I could say the same for Skyline Ford. You would think in this day and age that sales tactics like that would not be used. We plan on buying another Ford product in January. I came in just to look at a Subaru on the lot. Phil was right there to help me and was very patient while I inspected all the SUV's (V6's) on the lot. After deciding I couldn't afford the Subaru I fell for a Ford Edge. It had what I wanted plus more. Phil let me test drive it and explained all the functions and features. I was very comfortable in this vehicle. Phil was again very patient and he and Octavio worked very hard to get me the payment I could afford. They also gave me a fair price on my trade in. Phil has continued to accommodate my needs with subsequent questions and service. Phil wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. I recommend Keizer Skyline and Phil McColly!!
