Pain free truck buying exerience! My experience at Skyline Ford was wonderful. I was just beginning my search for a new truck and worked with Korey Miller. I dropped my 2001 Ford Ranger at the Service Dept. and asked to speak to a salesperson to answer some questions. Korey came over and introduced himself. He listened carefully while I told him what I wanted in a new truck. He answered all my questions about the different Ford models available. He steered me to a truck that I feel will meet all our needs. We looked at some trucks on the lot. He then called the other sales lot and had a truck brought over that fit my criteria. He carefully explained all the features and let me take it for a test drive. I was impressed by his technical knowledge of low end torque that will be helpful when we get a trailer to haul. I was intending to spend a few months looking for the right truck, but this one seemed perfect. I went home and when my wife got off work we went back and Korey was waiting to help us and answer all our questions. We ended up buying the first truck we looked at and were very happy with the service we received at Skyline Ford. Chad, Korey's manager and Mark the finance man were very professional and did their jobs flawlessly. Thanks for a great experience. By the way Korey was there at 9:00 in the morning and stayed until 8:00 at night to make sure everything went smoothly. More

The purchase of our new car was a pleasure & so easy We arrived at the dealer just before they opened and was met by Mr. "O" the manager. He called Jeff White who arrived right away. Best Dealership Ever!!! It took me long enough to get this review written, but let me say, it doesn't mean I didn't receive the best and most efficient help in buying my car It took me long enough to get this review written, but let me say, it doesn't mean I didn't receive the best and most efficient help in buying my car from Jeremy. He went above and beyond for me in every way possible to make sure I got the best car for my money...and then made sure it was in my exact price range. Chad and Juan were right there with their expertise in helping us get all the paperwork etc together and finished in lightening speed time. I couldn't be happier with my car nor with all the fellas that were so generous with their kindness, and knowledge of all that I needed to complete. So a huge thank you for treating me so wonderful. Oh and before I forget it, I brought my grandson in to look for another vehicle and he is as impressed as I am with the great service and advice he received from Jeremy and the other guys.
