Experience was very poor. Would’ve been nice to know when I made the appointment or before I drove 30 minutes to the dealer… I then asked about a warning message I received on my drive into the dealership for an electronic limited slip differentiator. None of the techs had any idea what the message meant and said they could give it a look, but it would be a couple hours. I would expect a higher level of professionalism in communication from a large dealer, and would absolutely expect more technical knowledge on a high-volume model like an Expedition. More

This dealer consistently takes a minimum of 2 hours to complete an oil change. I waited nearly 5 hours for an oil change and new tires. Do NOT take your car here! Had a simple oil change done, then had to take it back 2 MORE TIMES for continued leaking. Brennan, the car guy, broke the hood latch release so it was replaced, but since there w then had to take it back 2 MORE TIMES for continued leaking. Brennan, the car guy, broke the hood latch release so it was replaced, but since there was “no labor warranty “ done on this “free” fix, we were told we would have to pay $250 to actually fix it correctly once we got home and it broke again right away. Brennan does NOT know how to fix cars. These guys do not know what they are doing and just trying to squeeze every penny out of you! Their prices are ridiculous. Go somewhere else!!!! More
