I also signed up for the oil change package and this last time I came in naively thinking all my costs were covered left after paying $350. They always up sale me on things my car "has to have" and because I want to maintain my vehicle and have it work I say yes - only to find out I get screwed over every time. My car randomly dies. No power, no lights, all dead. It hasn't done it for about three months now but died today even though I bought a brand new battery last week at your dealership (because I was told I needed one). When I called to talk to someone about it they asked if I checked my cables. I'm under the impression that after I get my car serviced it will work and I won't have to check my cables because, well, I don't know how to do that. Which is why I take it in to somewhere that does. After I told her my frustrations she transferred my to the service manager where it went straight to voicemail. I've never had a good experience at the Provo dealership. My 2013 Cmax will be dead for no reason and when I've asked my advisor (I've had Tyson) the last couple of times all he tells me is that diagnostics will be $100 an hour to see if they can find the problem and then parts and service on top of that. I've googled my issue and many people with a 2013 cmax energi have the same problem. It's random when it will die, no one knows why and yet my year and model everyone has this same "mystery" problem. I've told him about this and asked him what can we do to fix it. He basically says something to the effect of "good luck with that, and if it's working right now then just go with it" and then goes back to how much diagnostics will be if I really want to look into it. I want my car to work. I am more then happy to pay for maintenance, labor and parts. I am not happy when I feel like my problems never get addressed or aren't taken seriously. I also know nothing about cars and get treated that way as well. It sucks when you want to trust professionals to help you out and leave feeling like you've been taken advantage of. I will never go back to the Provo dealership again. More

Replaced he battery and I was on the road by 3:30. Great service and friendly service department employees. More

A Problem Solved I took my car in for a routine oil change, along with the usually check of systems. It turned out the CABIN air filter was absolutely black and clogged. With past vehicles, I've struggled with a mildew-y odor for years and no one ever thought to tell me I might have a problem with the cabin air filter! I was just beginning to occasionally get a whiff of unpleasantness with this vehicle, but the problem is solved before it even took hold. More

Amazingly Accommodating I am the manager of a large fleet of vehicles. During the process of getting tanks, and hoses, etc. put in the back of these vehicles we had an issue I am the manager of a large fleet of vehicles. During the process of getting tanks, and hoses, etc. put in the back of these vehicles we had an issue where the gas tank on roughly 50 of them were punctured nationwide. I came to this dealership with 5 vehicles to be repaired and they got the parts ordered and the repairs made in under 48 hours! It was incredible. In many of the other parts of the country and the other dealerships we used they were not even able to guarantee repairs until a week out. I don't normally leave reviews but I was so impressed by the team here that I felt it would be a disservice to them to not let others know! More
Service cheat Took my 2012 f350 in for an oil leak and was told it had two leaks. After being told how long it would take to fix I left it with them. I received a call 4 hours later being told it was complete. I went to pick it up and they have me a bill for more hours than they even had the truck. On top of that they billed ford for warranty hours. This is not the kind of dealership that you can trust. Take your vehicles anywhere but Larry H Miller in provo Utah. More
