Quick and friendly Down from Idaho to see my son at college and had a few hours to run errands. Feeling riped off by service department took my truck in to have an issue that I felt should have been covered by warranty with my cooling system, since I had only bought the truck three mon took my truck in to have an issue that I felt should have been covered by warranty with my cooling system, since I had only bought the truck three months ago, and purchased the full warranty. Sales people told me every thing is covered but the paint... So I go in and they tell me it is not covered... and the cost would be $1075.00 to have a radiator hose and the 2 thermostats replaced. So I call my usual mechanic to get an estimate. estimated the same amount of time for the Job 4 hours and parts would be $200.00 so I would be looking at $700.00. I do not understand how the dealer could charge that much more... I talked to the service rep and let him know that I could get it done else where. Mind you I am still frustrated with the warranty I was told would cover this stuff.. He says let him talk to his mechanic and see what they can do.. Well come back and tell me they can do it for the same price as my mechanic. ok great so why try and rip me off for $1100 in the first place. He said they want to keep my business. So I tell them to go ahead and change the oil since that is covered. I pick up my truck and all is fine. start looking under the hood after the service. The coolant tank is not full... no leaks but not even topped off. figure the lube guys would check these things, break fluid was low, washer fluid low.. I can get this stuff topped off when I would get an oil change at jiffy lube but not at the dealer I am supposed to trust???? This is not the first issue I have had with the guys in Provo. Jeep was in for service and they didn't tighten my lugs guy pulling my jeep around and the tire falls off causing a ton of damage. I do not recommend anyone goes to this dealer for service.. Both sales people I have dealt with were fantastic... Service department NOT so much...... very frustrated by the fact I had to pay out of pocket will do a better job of reading the fine print next time.. lesson learned... More

When I checked out a different gentleman did this. I use the term gentleman very loosely. He was incredibly rude and arrogant. He ripped paperwork and my debit card out of my hands and then threw them back at me when he was finished with them. Because of this I will see if my warranty will cover another dealership that I can get my work done on my vehicle. More
