Larry H Miller Ford of Provo was awesome to deal with. They were able to take my work truck and my personal vehicle in the same morning and were done with both vehicles in 2 days. Perhaps the worst service experience of my life. Had to replace the transmission control module. Estimated 4-6 months and there was nothing the dealership could do to even get me a rental car. Then Had to replace the transmission control module. Estimated 4-6 months and there was nothing the dealership could do to even get me a rental car. Then I call and follow up several times during a 5 month period. I’m either put on an endless loop of hold or told some guy would call me back. Never happened. Then I call in one day and find the car is magically repaired but they don’t know when the work was done. Well too bad for them it tells me on the invoice. My car had been sitting there for months. So long that the battery was super dead and they tried to charge me for another. But I guess it’s all okay because the guy who was over my account was either fired or quit months earlier and transferring those to another employee was apparently beyond the ability for the service team to do. Pathetic More
