Everything went great until we had to wait hours to complete the paperwork. Apparently, they only had 1 person to do all the finance paperwork for 3dealerships. Had an issue with my water pump in Ram 1500. They replaced water pump and a few hoses. Two days later my truck leaks again and has to go back to shop due to a bent hose clamp.
