I traded in a vehicle and bought a White 2022 GMC 1500 Denali with 37k miles. It was my dream truck. I never made the first payment when the engine seized up. Come to find out the engine has already been Denali with 37k miles. It was my dream truck. I never made the first payment when the engine seized up. Come to find out the engine has already been replaced at 23k miles. To get out of the "deal" I I told them I would eat the $5k I lost from my trade in and they could keep the crappy Denali. That's what they did. I didn't have a choice...I had the truck for 33 days. 3 days past having it a month. Never Ever Again! Be causeous and ask for the complete service files. Take your own mechanic if your dead set on a certain vehicle If I had known the engine had been replaced, I would have NEVER purchased the truck! More
Worst experience every time I go to get oil changed. I always make a appointment and every time I have to wait 1 1/2-2 hours for just a oil change. They never seem to be able to tell me why the long wait when I have a appointment except “I don’t know why we allow appointments, it’s first come first serve. If you are here when we first open your wait can be cut down some.” Isn’t making a appointment the reason why you shouldn’t be made to wait for 2 hours? I will never go back to have any service done. There’s other dealerships in Cruces that are more appreciative of their customers. This place is so poorly managed. More

Once they make the sale, they don't give a crap about the customer. I got scammed and was told that they had to do it so that it wouldn't affect my credit.... Make that make sense? David is very rude and disrespectful and gets off on scamming people as I assume that is how he makes his income. Norma hung up on me when I held her feet to the fire since she couldn't come up with a legitimate reason as to why they made a payment on my behalf and then proceeded to keep my license plate hostage because I didn't want to give them their money back. I never asked anyone to make a payment on my behalf... I have money to pay my truck, that is exactly why I purchased it to begin with. Then comes Mr. Yolk, talking respectfully about how this never should have happened and that he personally was going to look into the situation for me. Yeah, he looked into it alright and did nothing about it. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone! BEWARE OF SISBARRO AND THE SCAMMERS THEY HAVE WORKING FOR THEM. More
If I could give this less than 1 star I would. Worst car buying experience ever. We walked in with a build sheet and asked about ordering the vehicle we wanted with those options and accessories. The sales staff had a vehicle on the lot in the color and style we wanted and they assured us they could add the requested accessories so we decided to move forward with the purchase. We almost left while in the process of buying after they tried to lowball our trade in and offer 4 - 5 thousand less than 2 other places. We were in the process of backing out when they came out with a reasonable offer. When we left with our vehicle we were told the accessories were being ordered and they would need 2 days to install them when they came in. We were supposed to get the factory towing package. ( turing on the computer assisted back ip and alignnent, an additional cooler and it was all supposed to be hidden under/behind the bumper cover). Upgraded factory avenir floor protection package. Factory body side molded steps in the color of the vehicle. Factory molded mud flaps. They were also supposed to fix the paint chip that was on the door. 3 weeks and 2 days later we got the vehicle back. And the only thing right was the mud flaps which they had to reorder because they ordered the wrong color the 1st time. So far we have signed for our new used truck almost 4 weeks ago. We got it and it smelled like radiator fluid. They checked it and from what they said replaced it, they had it for more then a week. Then we get it back and the check engine light comes on. They take it back and "put in a new fuel pump" The reason that is in quotes is because the pump wasn't supposed to come until the following day, but somehow magically came a day early. So we went to get it, drove it home. The next morning it did not start. After several back and fourth, we are still waiting. I originally asked to cancel the contract seeing as how on 3 separate occasions it broke down and we are still currently "waiting". Although we have had loaners, the compensation for the disregard, getting yelled at by GM, communication and dishonesty is not something you can make up for. I wouldn't recommend them. If you're going to sell cars, inspect them and make sure they work. We have yet to drive the vehicle we purchased, but we're being told we don't know when it will be ready. They bought back the truck! After this long held battle. If you do go against the bad reviews please hit up Edward. He was respectful and stayed in contact over the course of the events.
