I guess that's just me being Spoiled though. Everyone I worked with there was great to work with although I especially enjoyed working with the lady that was finalizing my paperwork she was very nice. Unfortunately I do not remember her Name. My situation was a lot easier though being that I had pre approval from my bank. So unfortunately I can only rate on my particular situation. I wish I could give better insight on how it works to acquire financing through the dealership but I will not speak on something but I don't know personally myself. I did feel that there was a great selection of vehicles and everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable and if we did not know the answer to a question that I asked they do not try to make an answer up they would ask someone else who knew. All in all it was a great experience Brit the only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is I would have liked like I said a better waiting room and maybe to be offered water or something. All the water was available from a water dispenser. All in all it was a great experience. More
