Tim in the parts department is the worst ever I don't believe Sirwalter hire people like him. I call the parts department before I drove one hour to get a key made, they told me to bring the title showi believe Sirwalter hire people like him. I call the parts department before I drove one hour to get a key made, they told me to bring the title showing ownership and driver's license when I got there Tim told also me with a bad attitude I need a letter from the company authorizing you to get the key, that doesn't make a sense if my name on the title and I own the company, why Tim let me drive one hour then he changes his mind. I bought a car 3 weeks ago and I still don’t have it. It wasn’t even marked as ‘sold’ to send until 3 days ago. No immediacy in getting me my car but they sure got me the loan fast!
