Bought our new 2024 Surburban, check engine light came on the next day, was in the shop for a new fuel rail replacement. That was fixed and then vehicle began having a very rough idle. Brought it back in, wh the next day, was in the shop for a new fuel rail replacement. That was fixed and then vehicle began having a very rough idle. Brought it back in, where they tried over the course of several days to gaslight us and say nothing was wrong with the vehicle. Technician openly lied and said he sat in a identical vehicle and “it felt the same” but when we asked to sit it in, he back peddled and said the “vehicle was cold and wouldn’t feel the same.” Hence, he lied about sitting in the other vehicle and it feeling the same, otherwise it wouldn’t be cold. We’ve had to advocate and push for further diagnostics, the service department and dealership drags their feet to do the bare minimum. Vehicle has been in the shop for 13 days out of the less than two months of ownership with it likely to stay there another 5. The individual working on the car is a brand new mechanic with no experience working with the Duramax engine and basically they have to consult GM corporate for everything. The honest and best practice for Sir Walter Chevy to do would be to buy the vehicle back at purchase price. But they are doing everything in their power to be evasive and sleazy. More

Bought a vehicle from this dealership used in 2018 and have been having a plethora of issues with it since then. Went to trade it in and realized the vehicle was stolen when the dealership bought it. Neve have been having a plethora of issues with it since then. Went to trade it in and realized the vehicle was stolen when the dealership bought it. Never once did they disclose it and even showed us a carfax for the vehicle which omitted the event. The printout on my vehicle ended right before the window of time where the vehicle was stolen when it was presented. Unethical at best. Those salesmen were the epitome of xxxxxxx salesmen. More

What a dealership should do is serve the customer on selling a car BUT that is not what this dealership does. I called and asked for a quote on a trade in with pics, etc on their 2013 Corvette. They ref selling a car BUT that is not what this dealership does. I called and asked for a quote on a trade in with pics, etc on their 2013 Corvette. They refused to do so and I said I am 200 miles away and just can’t drive there to get one on a hunch. Waste of gas and my time. Do not buy from this dealership if you are more than 50 miles away.
