Twice I have gone there with set appointment twice. First time I was told they were backed up and had to leave car for up to 2 days. Second time I was told after 2 hours that they were again backed u First time I was told they were backed up and had to leave car for up to 2 days. Second time I was told after 2 hours that they were again backed up and I had to leave car. I had also asked for them to car me regarding warranty the week before I took truck in. They never called. Service manager was unapologetic and basically said that is the way all car dealers work. Same message relayed by his boss. Do not waste your time going to these guys. They have zero desire to provide service the cars they sale. More
Very disappointed by the false advertising to bring me into the store. I am here to buy the truck and that said that is not the correct price even though I'm here now and it's still showing that advertise into the store. They are aware of what they saw is an incorrect price but still continue to leave it posted. I feel like this is a bait and switch tactic that is not right. Especially since I drove from so far away and had to change my whole schedule to get here today. Sales manager Theo Wouldn't even reimburse for gas but they were willing to sell me another truck if I was interested. More

Bought our new 2024 Surburban, check engine light came on the next day, was in the shop for a new fuel rail replacement. That was fixed and then vehicle began having a very rough idle. Brought it back in, where they tried over the course of several days to gaslight us and say nothing was wrong with the vehicle. Technician openly lied and said he sat in a identical vehicle and “it felt the same” but when we asked to sit it in, he back peddled and said the “vehicle was cold and wouldn’t feel the same.” Hence, he lied about sitting in the other vehicle and it feeling the same, otherwise it wouldn’t be cold. We’ve had to advocate and push for further diagnostics, the service department and dealership drags their feet to do the bare minimum. Vehicle has been in the shop for 13 days out of the less than two months of ownership with it likely to stay there another 5. The individual working on the car is a brand new mechanic with no experience working with the Duramax engine and basically they have to consult GM corporate for everything. The honest and best practice for Sir Walter Chevy to do would be to buy the vehicle back at purchase price. But they are doing everything in their power to be evasive and sleazy. More
