We have many friends and family who recommended this dealership to us, specifically for their customer service and low price guarantee. Brittany was very friendly, informative and patient. I came for one vehicle and my fiance wanted another so late in the evening Brittany had to make a gas station run so we could test drive this Edge that my fiance loved. Well it felt like it rode nice (the fiance drove) and we decided on the Edge. The typical experience for our friends and family was the dealership would have them return the next day to pick up their new CLEAN and gas filled vehicle. Our experience was such that we went home in a dirty Edge, that night and I spent four hours getting dried wax and water spots off of the vehicle. My fiance drove the vehicle reporting a unpleasant smell, as I inspected the smell myself I noticed dirty floors and interior. However, the smell I could not detect but that was nothing new, my fiance has super smelling abilities. Slightly irritated that I had spent four hours the night before removing dried wax and water spots my fiance continued to complain about the smell and appearance of the interior. I had made a couple of calls to the dealership for a prior agreed upon fix for a carpet tear and I had planned on asking for a cleaning of the car when the carpet was getting fixed. Unfortunately, I work nights so several calls later and many lost hours of sleep over a span of 4 days I was getting highly irritated. Expressing so to Brittany led to a call from her team leader Killan who acted like he was just getting around to returning my call and not doing so because Brittany relayed my irritation. Anyway, long story short we finally were able to get the vehicle in 7 days after the purchase date for the carpet repair at which time Brittany was able to get the vehicle cleaned. The unpleasant smell has fortunately not been reported back to me as having returned yet, though I figure the carpet fix (glue involved) took care of it. I wonder why our experience was such, I think it could be because we purchased a used 2010 vehicle rather than a brand new one. I think possibly the timing it took to get the car in (7 days) was because it was the expiration of the grace period for no questions asked returns of the vehicle. Who knows but purchasing a 20,000.00 dollar vehicle should be good enough and the dealership should care about their product that they put out and at the very least the service offered to their customers. Even if the dealership didn't fix the carpet or clean the car we wouldn't have returned the vehicle although, if they didn't we probably wouldn't recommend them to anyone or return. I find some coincidence in the timing of everything which can be viewed as shady behavior and at the very least is suspect and definitely not typical per family and friends. The price of the vehicle was excellent, the staff was friendly and yes I would recommend this dealership. Next time we will deal with the person my mother in-law deals with as she always has an excellent experience. More

Our experience with Sioux Falls Ford was wonderful. We loved the no haggle policy. We have purchased Infinitis and Volvos in the past. This experience was just as pleasant. We were looking for a year end closeout deal on a Ford Focus. I had been at our local dealer earlier in the day and they were not successful in finding a vehicle via dealer trade that they had communicat Focus. The exact vehicle was listed on the web site and the price was listed. The Internet response back for some reason was slowed. Neither of the two e-mails cleared to my in box until the next morning. Made a call and was answered on the sales side by Brittani, she was determining for me if the vehicle was still available. While she was checking I was then turned over to Anne who had sent an e-mail only minutes earlier. (As I said that e-mail did not arrive in my in box until the next morning.) Anne was very helpful on the phone and placed a hold on the vehicle until we were able to ascertain with our daughter that this was a vehicle that was going to be acceptable to her. Upon receipt of that verification by Anne, she went ahead did as much in advance of our arrival as she could including have the vehicle ready for us upon arrival. Anne efficiently completed her side of the paper work. Having our daughter, her twin daughters and the two use it was very appreciated that the next step was completed with Matt and we did not have to move to him, but rather he came to us. He again was very complete and explained both the financing and the extended warranty side. Papers were signed and Anne complete the vehicle orientation with our daughter including setting up the bluetooth and phone and were gone. A very pleasurable, low pressure complete sales job. Job well done by all we were involved with. Our granddaughters loved the cookies and popcorn. Thanks Matt for letting them know about that. More

Shawn Leombruno made every effort to meet my needs. I was trading in a 2011 F150 and purchasing a 2013 F150 but needed a topper to match the new truck. He went to the topper dealer with me & they had to was trading in a 2011 F150 and purchasing a 2013 F150 but needed a topper to match the new truck. He went to the topper dealer with me & they had to order the topper to match. He arranged a great trade for my old topper and when the new topper came in, took the new truck over to have it installed, all while I was on vacation. This morning I dropped the old topper off at the topper dealer, paid for the new one, and then took delivery at Sioux Falls Ford. Shawn gave me the full lesson on Sync, etc. and got me on the road with my new F150, complete with new, matching topper! Very friendly & gracious guy! More
