Sioux City Ford Lincoln

Never going back I have been going to ford for years , for oil changes , tires and Mechanical work. I even cosigned for my younger brother who bought a brand new car I have been going to ford for years , for oil changes , tires and Mechanical work. I even cosigned for my younger brother who bought a brand new car from there. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars at Sioux City Ford. I own three vehicles. I take all three vehicles to ford. After my last visit I will not be back. My car (Chevy traverse) was leaking fluids so I brought it in and they said it was going to be $2500 to fix the problem. Apparently a leak in the timing cover. Had to tear the motor out and put all new gaskets in. 3 days later And $2,500 service bill, I got my car back. The very next day the car was still leaking the same fluid in the same spot as before I took the car in.Brought the car back in they said it was going to be another $500 to fix the Water pump that was now leaking. I believe 100% it was my water pump leaking to begin with and they missed it and had me do $2500 worth of work to my car for no reason. So I wanted them to replace the water pump for free. They had my car for three days and didn’t notice the pump leaking. I paid them good money to fix my car. And it wasn’t fixed. I feel they should have done that. They would not replace it for free but offered to pay half.I ended up paying another $300 to fix my car a second time in five days, almost $3,000! So they lost a customer for life because of this whole situation. Very disappointed I feel like they took advantage of me. I have told all my Friends and family About my horrible experience and recommended they do not bring their vehicles in. I will not go back. Thanks More

Battery replacement was done very efficiently and politely. Warranty covering the old Motorcraft battery was terrible. Quicklane Service not very Helpful!!!
